We can provide refunds within 14 days of your purchase, but we do not refund transaction fees. (Transaction fees vary based on the amount of your purchase and whether you used Stripe or PayPal to complete your payment.)
If you’d like to request a refund, open a support ticket, and we will issue your refund as quickly as possible.
After receiving a refund, you may not use the Modular Content software on your website. If we discover that you are using the software after receiving a refund, we may suspend access to your account.
If we suspend access to your account, we will notify you of the steps you need to take to regain access.
Please note: We will not make exceptions or provide refunds after the 14-day period has expired!
